Solarpro™ is a scrim-based, semi-transparent PE fabric purpose-built for greenhouses, hothouses and high tunnels. The woven scrim construction makes it significantly more durable and tear-resistant than standard clear PE films, with strong resistance to hail damage — while still letting light through for healthy plant growth (around 13% natural light block).
Made from UV-stabilised HDPE, Solarpro™ carries a 5-year UV warranty and holds up well to rolling and unrolling on side walls, making it a practical choice for tunnel sides that need to open and close with the weather. It’s available in a natural/transparent finish, with a 4.1m width option that allows tunnel sides to be lined in a single continuous length with no joins.
